Tawnirose

Eight-year-old Tawni-Rose is a born country girl, living in the outskirts of Brightvale on a babaa farm with her parents, grandparents and her five-year-old sister Summer. She loves the life of a farmer and all that comes with it. Every morning, by her own choosing, she wakes up at the crack of dawn with her mom and dad. Then she wakes up Tulip, her baby babaa, to feed her. After she eats her own breakfast, she sometimes goes on a tractor ride around the farm with her dad and helps him feed the rest of the animals. When her and Summer have done their chores, they like to spend the rest of the day playing on their tire swing or swimming in the pond, or picking flowers for their mother.
Tawni-Rose and Summer are very close as sisters, and they spend most of their time together. Their personalities are quite different- Summer is extremely shy and quiet and Tawni is more outgoing and can be somewhat bossy. When the two of them are out somewhere together or meeting someone new, Tawni speaks for Summer, who usually hides behind her. Although Tawni likes to think of herself as her younger sibling's guardian, Summer has protected her big sister from getting into trouble on a number of occasions.
