Kikirua was created by the Fire Faerie as an Avenging Force guised as a PetPet.

With dreams of becoming a full-fledged Neopet, Kikirua sought the Fungus Cave. Learning of this quest just as Kikirua tasted the fungus, the Fire Faerie cast a spell to scourge the cave and restrain her Avenger, until the Appointed Time. From the small bite of fungus, Kikirua grew, but her mind remained innocent.
A Dark Destiny
Her Dark Destiny locked within a child's mind, Kikirua will one day rise in Power to Purge the World.

...Until then, she plays with plushies and cries for Krawk Cakes.
