Profile: JaggedCuts, though not head of the D.R.E.A.D. organization, is at least as big of a threat as her male colleague, Xecaliba. Sources tell us that she has trained for years in Shenkuu as a warrior, and has mastered the Shenkan Martial Arts. This poses extreme cause for concern. Due to her incredible evasion, it is highly unlikely that the victim will ever realize that he/she has been robbed until it is too late. The police have worked restlessly to obtain a picture of JaggedCuts. It was only through hours of labor that we obtained this picture. JaggedCuts, though likely not armed with more than a knife and rope, is a major threat to Neopia. In addition to her skills, she is also skilled in the art of fire and smoke.
