A sweet young prince who lost his true family. Nonetheless, Bel is always happy and never seen looking sad. Many believe it's because he was too young and naive to understand the truth behind what happened. He likes to take naps often in the flower fields underneath a big oak tree, and every time he wakes up he enjoys talking about the dream he had during his slumber. Though there are little willing to lend a ear besides Flan, Bel's pet and the flowers that surround him. When he isn't sleep he can be found around the kitchen trying to find some cakes or cookies, otherwise he'll would be in his room, stuffing himself with baked goods and sweets before he takes another nap.

Bel is actually his siblings' cousin who was adopted into their family when they realized Bel was all alone. Many believe the fact that Bel was able to survive his family's great collapse is a sign that he is being watched by higher beings and will thus bring great luck. Despite this, Kia and Xerl both don't care about this myth and genuinely treat Bel as a true little brother because to them he is family.
