Have you ever gotten up in the morning and wondered if you were going to feed your NeoPets today? Like other owners, you probably have. Many people wake up and face that everyday. They are the poor NeoPet owners. Those pets need food, medicine, a toy to cheer them up on Christmas...things some owners take for granted. And sadly, with most owners donating around 2 points per week, those pets often don't get that little book they saw in the toystore.

But have some hope. There are people out there trying to change things. My family is one example. We visit the Soup Kitchen for food. We play games, and sometimes, if she wins Chia Bingo or plays hide and seek, we get a little money. She might buy me a toy or maybe a peach with that money. But most of the time it goes to our shop, the Tinker Wagon.

You see, we use that money to buy items for our little shop. It's not big, grand, or pretty, but it touches many poor NeoPets out there. Then, we take the money from the sales and give it to the Money Tree. At least 5 NPs for every purchase goes to The Money Tree. Another little shop, Flowerfairysary's, does the same thing (pretty much). If this seems a little too hard for you, don't worry because you can still help out. You can take a few points from the money you make in your shop and give those points to the Tree. Or lower your prices, so that the poor can better reach them. Another way is to vow to donate a certian amount of points each week to the Money Tree. Or just maybe, instead of selling that old little bouncy ball, you could donate it. I'm sure a pet with no toys will appreciate it. I hope I might have inspired you to do something nice.
