Neopets HelpHow do I dress my Neopet for the Beauty Contest? You have to draw on the clothes you think your Neopet would look best in. You can take an image from the Neopets site (right click on it and select 'save as') and use any art program to draw on your clothes. All computers come with a drawing program of some description, usually paint. Check what programs you have on your computer to see what you can use.
