Neopets HelpSome of the games don't work on my computer, I am using a Mac how do I fix this? If you are using a Mac and experiencing problems with some areas of the site, try switching to Internet Explorer instead of Netscape. If the problem still occurs, please send full details (what is happening, any error messages you are getting and your username) to bugs@neopets.com and we will do our best to fix it.
