As anyone who has ever visited Happy Valley could tell you, the local Bruces love to spend their days sliding gracefully across the valley's many sheets of glistening ice. A clever entrepreneur decided to capitalise on the Bruces' love of ice skating by building an enormous ice-skating rink that they could all flock to. Unfortunately, he wasn't quite clever enough and ended up buying land on the tip-top of a mountain! As a result, every time anyone tried to skate on the rink, it would tilt one way and then the other... but that didn't stop the Bruces! They happily slipped and slid all over, until the entrepreneur saw that he could recover his losses and turn his tipping and tilting ice rink into a Neopoint goldmine!
