This letter is to inform you that your child has recently become a player on the neopets.com website. Because of your child's age, your child's access to areas on the site that would permit your child to communicate with other players has been limited. Your child is now requesting your permission to fully participate in the communication portions of the site such as (1) sending and receiving Neomail (the internal e-mail system on the website) from Neopets and other users of the Neopets website; (2) reading and posting messages on the Neopets various message boards; and (3) personalizing certain areas on the site that are particularly controlled by the child such as the user's user lookup, pet(s)' lookup, shop, gallery, guild, and Trading Post offerings. If you consent, the types of personally identifiable information that we will collect and save from your child online will include his or her e-mail address and your e-mail address, demographic and computer information, as well as information about your child's interest in and use of the Neopets site as well other information described in full in our Privacy Policy.
