The Walein
A cute little Walein is just the thing if your Neopet is feeling blue :)

Begin by drawing an almost circular shape. This will be your Walein's face.
|
|
Next draw two lines to the side of the face, creating a triangular body.
|
|
|
Add two fins and a tail, like so.
|
|
Now draw four spikes going down your Walein's back. They should get smaller in size as they near the tail.
Erase a few of your guidelines and you should be left with something very similar to this.
