Start off by drawing a circle.

Then add two circular shapes for eyes and a small smiley mouth.

Now draw flames all around your circle, like so.

Lastly give your Baby Fireball's eyes a little detail by adding two small circles inside each one.
Now your Baby Fireball is complete!
