The Wheel Of Monotony shopkeeper
You may have seen him in Tyrannia, sitting next to his constantly spinning wheel. No wonder the poor Quiggle looks bored, you would be too if you had to listen to that wheel clicking all day long :)

Start by drawing basic body shape, like so.
Now add two circles for eyes and two alsmot circular shapes for legs.
Erase some of your extra lines and add three circles underneath each leg. These will be toes.
Begin to draw in the feet and add a little lump behind your Quiggle's eyes.
