It seems as though, over the years, tournament teams have gotten progressively better at slowing down and reigning in Mystery Island's once-frightening offense. As long as forwards Volgoth and Teylor Nix are still taking the field for them, Mystery Island will probably always be able to embarrass an opponent who lacks focus, talent, or isn't in ideal physical condition, but their ability to take on top-flight competitors and emerge with meaningful wins is lessening by the day.
