What time and day is it?

Sorry we don't have a sundial handy. Actually that would be a great task for all of you! Your challenge for this random contest is to create a Sundial that is themed to a Neopian land. (Maraqua, Lost Desert etc.) This sundial should work. It can be any sort of sundial, as long as it is made by you and is our theme. Please make sure you explain how you created your sundial and what land it is themed in the description. The entries will be judged by cleverness, humour, quality, and if it works!
