 Petpet Name: Brie Owner: ravensley Pet Name: Aurelyn Breed: Birthday Warf About Brie: Deep within the maze of Altadorian streets is a little chocolate shop run, which is run by a chocolate Aisha. However, her tale has already been told. This is the tale of Brie, the Birthday Warf. So, in this chocolate shop that is hidden away in the maze of Altadorian streets, there is -- as there is in every shop -- a display case. Within the display case, one will find the usual treats -- chocolates, cakes, and other goodies. In this chocolate shop's display case, there is also a Birthday Warf, who sits there with a card in front of him. On the card are the words "Not for Sale;" a most unusual sight for such a place. This Warf is Brie the Birthday Warf, who has everlasting candles and lots of colourful sprinkles. He is not a treat. Much like his owner, his appearance is misleading and he is not, in fact, food. No, the little treat is a Petpet, and a most important one for the shop. Surrounded by a variety of confectionary creations, Brie keeps an eye on the state of the entire product. Under his watchful eye, nothing short of perfection makes it into the display case. It doesn't seem all that important, does it? However, as treats are placed in the display case from the kitchen, and then delivered from the case to the customers' plate, disturbances arise. So, it might be a strawberry that got a little pushed, or chocolate that got mushed by a careless paw. In any event, Brie is there to fix it! Huh? He's a little cupcake of a Warf, so how does he fix it? Well, okay, he doesn't fix the treats on his own. You are right; mobility is a bit of an issue for Brie. He can hop about a bit, but that might just destroy the treats as he tries to make his way toward them. But no, he is there to raise the alarm that something is wrong. No, he doesn't squeal. Can you imagine the disturbance that would cause in the shop? He has to be professional, as customers expect the very best and mistakes must never be noticed. Squealing would alert everyone! You see the candles on top of his head? They never go out, and though the wax seems to melt, it never does. The candles are how he signals. Notice how there is nothing over his top? No shelf, and no other treats -- just an empty space. Unusual in a display case, no? Brie can control the intensity of the fire. So, when there is something that needs to be fixed, the candles' flames get really strong and long, thus drawing the attention of whomever is working the display case. Of course, if that doesn't work, he can always hop to the employee who is under-performing and, with his flames and angry grumbling, alert them to their oversight. Of course, in such a case they never stay long. After all, standards are of the utmost importance, and Brie watches over the beautiful creations to make sure that they are and will remain beautiful.
