 Petpet Name: Corny Owner: eurynn Pet Name: Ewoh Breed: Halloween Geb About Corny: A baby Aisha skips by wearing a polka dot dress and a cupcake hat. An odd combination, made even odder by the rather large candy corn on top of her hat. You can’t help gawking and exclaiming that candy cannot be worn as headwear. It's not proper. Stopping suddenly, she turns back and approaches you. Giggling, she reaches up a paw and prods the candy corn gently, saying, "But Corny isn't candy, he's a Geb, see?" In fact, the candy corn has sprouted legs and arms, and two eyes blink at you. After a short staring contest, you remark that a Petpet has no business riding upon her head, either. (Quite a judgemental person, aren't you?) "Corny is too small to walk about... he'd get trampled! Besides, he looks good on my head. It's where he belongs," she declares with a stubborn set in her jaw. Where he belongs? you wonder. You must look confused, because the baby Aisha starts talking again. "Yup, it all started a long, long, time ago. It was almost Halloween, and I was making cupcakes for my tea party." Making cupcakes? Who lets a baby Aisha make cupcakes? Glaring at you, she says, "Fine, I was decorating cupcakes. Happy now?" Feeling a little bit sheepish, you motion for her to go on. "It was a tea party with a Halloween theme, so the cupcakes had to be appropriate. I had spent a long time trying to think of what would look nice on a cupcake... you'd be surprised by how hard it was! So many things that were too big or too little to be on a cute cupcake. In the end, I decided on candy corn! It's small, and it's cute and Halloween-y! So there I was, with my tons of cupcakes and my loads of candy corn," she exclaims, waving her paws in mountain like shapes, "decorating cupcake after cupcake with candy corn." "After a while, though, I got a really big candy corn -- so big that it squished the cupcake when I put it on! But see, it wasn't a candy corn, it was Corny, and he got really mad! He was gibbering and gesturing a lot, when all of a sudden he lost his balance and went toppling into a cupcake face-first. He didn't move for what seemed like ages, and I didn't know what to do. Then, all of a sudden, he sat up and started stuffing cupcake after cupcake into his mouth! His mouth seems really small, and you'd think that he wouldn't be able to swallow a cupcake whole -- not to mention that he is quite small and would be full quick... but boy would you be wrong! The cupcakes just kept disappearing! As I saw my precious cupcakes keep on disappearing, I did the only thing I could think of! I just grabbed him off the table and told him that he was being a bad Corn. He didn't seem to like that, as he kept gibbering and pointing angrily at the trays. So I had to invite him to my tea party, where he ate more cupcakes than he drank tea... and thats how Corny and I met," she says, grinning. Still, that doesn't explain why he belongs on your hat. "Why, aren't you silly! My hat is a cupcake hat, the only cupcake big enough not to be squished by Corny. Of course he belongs there!"
