Most Liveable Neopian City: Meridell or DC?

According to a new report, Meridell is the most liveable city in Neopia. The Y24 Neopian Liveability Index, published by Brightvale University, used five measures to determine liveability in Neopian cities: stability, healthcare, culture, education, and infrastructure. Meridell came in first place, followed closely by Darigan Citadel. In the middle were Neovia, Virtupets Space Station, and Faerie City, while Kiko Lake came in last place.

The Tri-Kingdom Games
"Twenty years ago was when the fate of three kingdoms changed. When Lisha and her friends inadvertently travelled back in time and intervened in the first Meridell-Darigan War, it prevented the destruction of those two kingdoms and Meridell’s sister kingdom, Brightvale; the change to history bringing them all forward in time inside a time bubble."

Meridell vs. Darigan: A Retrospective Through Stamps
"What is the best way to remember our history? Here in Neopia, we have the oral history of our elders, amateur reporters keeping the history alive through detailed Petpages, and even the Book of Ages. My favourite way, however, is collecting stamps."
