Petpets make Neopia incredibly unique and fun,
The best ones aren’t found under the warm sun;
They’re found in Maraqua, in Neopia’s bluest seas!
Picking one as a favourite doesn’t come with ease.
There are so many colourful and adorable Maraquan Petpets,
Having a Pet with all of them would be as good as it gets!
However, your Neopet can only choose one, so let’s take a look:
Fishers would love to fish up a Maraquan Warf with a fishing hook.
The Maraquan Warf is a stunning red with brilliant purple fins,
While the Maraquan Swabby cleans coral with its graceful spins.
Hiding amongst Maraqua’s coral, one can find a glowing pink one,
The Maraquan Blobagus radiates hues of pink like a watery sun.
Like the Blobagus, the Maraquan Rock lives amongst the coral reef,
But there is one Petpet that is viewed as the Maraquan Petpet chief.
That’s the Maraquan Gallion due to its powerful yet regal appearance.
Not all Maraquan Petpets are as bold, some are creatures of disappearance.
The Maraquan Snarhook is an interesting one as it blends in with the tides.
With its translucent body, this Petpet is tough to find and many think it hides,

Retreating to its shell is where this creature goes as the water will flow and ebb.
The Maraquan Turtum is another aquatic Petpet with a notable and sturdy shell,
This creature is green with two pinching grips to hold prey in the Maraquan swell.
The deeper one goes into the sea, the more Petpets are found in the watery depths.
For ages, one species was something only adventurers read about in ancient texts.
The Maraquan Candychan is a rare and elusive kind with a majestic presence,
But don’t be fooled, not all Petpets down here are known for their pleasance.
The Maraquan Spyder is one fear-inducing Petpet with long black gripping arms.
Meanwhile the Marquan Ghostkerchief uses bioluminescence to fend off harm.
While it may seem like we’ve explored all that Maraqua has to offer,
