Hello there friends! It's me Gonzo, and welcome back to another article! Summer is here, and nothing says summer like a delicious roasted s'more! This longtime tradition can be done anytime of year, but it's most popular during summer nights around a campfire or bonfire. In case any Pet out there is unaware, here's how it usually goes. First, you get a heat source for cooking, traditionally a big fire, but you can also make s'mores in your Neohome using an oven or microwave. Then take a marshmallow of your choice and melt it; make it just a little gooey or you can make it as crisp as you like! Lastly, grab your fillings and place them, along with the hot marshmallow, in between two pieces of graham cracker. Smush them together and viola! You've got yourself a delicious s'more! Ingredients in s'mores can vary a lot. I’m only going over a few in this article but for more information about s'more recipes and making s'mores I highly recommend the book The Art of Making the Perfect Smore Book! It’s a great summer read, but as a warning; you will definitely be hungry afterwards! My list here will go over a general array of s'mores, starting from the more unusual and strange ones and then going on to some delicious variations. Without further ado let's look at some s'mores!
 8. Ground Beef Smores For when camping trips go horribly, horribly wrong. Well, if the description isn't disturbing enough, surely just the sight of this uncooked lump of meat will make you feel queasy. Even most meat eaters prefer their meat to be fully cooked! I also can’t imagine chocolate mixing well with something so savoury. There's not much more I can say here about this terror, aside the fact that it's properly categorized under gross food.
 7. Beetroot and Cream Smores The combination of beetroot and cream is certainly not for the faint-hearted. Initially, I had assumed that this s'more was the creation of the Health Food Quiggle; but much to my surprise, this isn't classified as a health food! It's simply an acquired taste, presumably geared towards species that tend to be herbivores, such as Chombies for instance. And while I do think this works for those who want a different plant-based snack, I feel that many other Pets might not find this to be very s'more-like at all since it lacks chocolate and marshmallow. It's all a matter of opinion with this one!
 6. Scorchio Smores Look at how cute these s'mores are! Perhaps a surprising choice; but to clarify, by no means am I saying this is a gross s'more! The sculpted Scorchio is quite cute and incredibly well made; my only issue is the ratio of marshmallow to chocolate here. As you can see the marshmallow is huge, with only a little bit of chocolate, and both are barely contained by soft graham crackers. It's still delicious of course, but the texture may feel glaringly uneven to the more picky Pets out there!
 5. Double-Decker Smore Why have a s'more when you can have a double-decker s'more! This item here is another s'more with the standard ingredients, but super sized! Gooey and full of flavour, this towering snack is perfect for those who are additionally hungry around the campfire. Grarrls will especially like this one, the height of this s'more works well with Pets that have big jaws and big appetites! Sure it might be higher in calories, but let’s be honest, eating a s'more is (or should be) a joyous occasion! A snack this delicious isn’t worth worrying about!
 4. Berry Smore Melted marshmallow and berry flavouring sandwiched between heart shaped biscuits. This one feels a bit similar to the Beetroot and Cream Smores, but I think it’s much more successful in being an alternate version of the snack that still tastes sugary. The berry filling pairs quite nicely with the marshmallow, often mixing together once it all melts. And to make it all even better the cute heart shaped graham crackers are made with chocolate! The final taste of chocolate, berry, and marshmallow is quite good and definitely a more unique flavour when compared to other s'mores.
 3. Peanut Butter Smores The addition of peanut butter adds depth to the flavour profile. I might be a little biased here, since as a Vandagyre I enjoy anything that contains nuts, and these s'mores definitely pack a nutty punch! Peanut butter and chocolate is an amazing flavour combination, and including melty marshmallow alongside it only ups the indulgence! The peanut butter does get a bit melty and drippy once it all mixes together, but that's all part of the fun!
 2. Faerie Fondant A gooey mass of chocolate, biscuits and fondant filling. As it usually does, Faerie magic continues to make all types of food taste absolutely amazing! This s'more looks quite melty and ooze-y but trust me, the faerie magic helps to keep it all together; with each ingredient seemingly bonded to one another, you can somehow taste each one within each other. That might be hard to understand, but if you've had other faerie food you know what I mean, it's the type of thing only faerie magic can do! And even better, the magic helps keep it all together, in a way that doesn’t drip onto the ground, despite its appearance. Brilliant, I tell you!
 1. Chocolate Smore Melted marshmallow and chocolate sandwiched between a biscuit. This was given out by the advent calendar in Y7. To end off the list, I figured I would go with the original s'more, the classic that started it all! Originally released by the advent calendar, this s'more has the perfect ratio of marshmallow and chocolate, with both of them perfectly melted between two crisp graham crackers. It doesn’t get much better than that! And this concludes my article! Thank you very much for reading and I hope you all have a wonderful summer! Happy travels!
