"Hello, and welcome again to another episode of Neopian Cuisine. I'm your host Calianja the Acara. Our special guest today is Hubert from Hubert's Hot Dog Stand. He's here to share two of his favorite hot-dog recipes with us. So Hubert, can you tell us what delicious hot dogs we'll be making today?"

"I certainly can Calianja! Today we will be making my two favorite hot dogs, the Chili Cheese Hot Dog and the Nacho Cheese Stuffed Hot Dog."

"Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm, sounds great! I can't wait for us to start! Why don't you go ahead and explain how to cook the hot-dogs, then we'll share how to make them the out-of-the-ordinary hot-dogs you sell at your stand!"

"OK, Calianja, let's do that! First of all Folks, You'll want to bring about 8 cups of water to a boil. Remember, the water is only boiling when the bubbles rise to the top of the water and break. OK, after the water is boiled, add your hot dogs. They can be beef, pork, or whatever kind of hot dog you like. I usually use beef hot dogs. Take down your heat to about medium heat and let them cook for about 10 minutes or until slightly brown. OK, now for the Chili Cheese Hot Dog!"

"Mmmmmmmmm, yummy, my mouth is watering already Hubert!"

"Mine is too, Calianja! What you'll need for one Chili Cheese Hot Dog is:

1 Cooked Hot Dog
1 Hot Dog Bun
1/4 Cup Mild or Hot Chili
1/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Condiments such as Ketchup, Mustard, Onions, or Relish if desired

First of all, place your hot dog in the bun. Add your Chili, then your cheese, then your desired condiments. And Voila! There's your Chili Cheese Hot Dog! Now, the Nacho Cheese Stuffed hot dog is a little trickier. You will need:

1 Cooked Hot Dog
1 Hot Dog Bun
3 Tablespoons Melted Cheddar Cheese
1 Tablespoon Mild or Hot Salsa
Condiments such as Ketchup, Mustard, Onions, or Relish if desired

Mix together the melted cheese and salsa. Set your hot dog down on a hard surface. Take something thin and round such as a Chinese chopstick, which is what I use, or a skewer. Anything thin and round will work. Take this object and place it at one end of the hot dog in the center and push it through to the other end of the hot dog. Pull it out. Then take your cheese and salsa mixture and slowly spoon it into the hole. You may need to make the hole in the hot dog bigger. Place the hot dog into the bun, and there you go! It's a Nacho Cheese Stuffed Hot Dog! Add your condiments as desired!"

"Oh, these Hot Dogs are great Hubert! Thank You so much for being here and sharing these delectable recipes with us!"

"You're welcome Calianja!"

"Well, that's all the time we have for today. I'd like to tank Hubert from Hubert's Hot Dog Stand for being here today! Please visit his stand he has over 15 kinds of Hot Dogs to choose from! I'd also like to thank Health Frog, Breadmaster, and Neopia Fresh Foods for their ingredients! I'd also like to thank you folks for joining us once again for Neopian Cuisine! This is Calianja the Acara saying Thank you and Good-bye!"
