This is a small guide to getting your pet, to stand a
chance in the Battledome.
Grundo's Gym
Grundo's Gym is a easy way to make a small amount of NP, but that small
amount can quickly become a larger amount. Every time that you finish
Level 5 in Grundo's Gym, your pet gets a stat raised, and you also get
a Lifetime Membership Card, which gives you a 1000 NP bonus. Grundo's
Gym can take a while, but it is worth it.
Secret Lab
The Secret Lab is the 1 way of training your pet that you have to be cautious
about. For all that you know, you pets species, gender, colour, or stars
could be changed. Many people use the Secret Lab, but many don't know
how to get to it. To get to the Secret Lab, you must buy all 9 different
Secret Laboratory Map Pieces. Then go to the Treasure Hunt game in the
puzzles section, and use those map pieces, you will get some NP, when
you use those. The Lab Ray can change a pets stats by 1-5, or it may lower
or heighten a pets level by 2. WARNING: This process could severely alter
your pet. NeoPets takes no responsibility for what happens to your pet.
Training School
The Training School can be pricey, but you know what you are going to
get from it. The Training School cost is Codestones, see the NOTE for
a tip. The Training School may sometimes give a bonus in the course, and
take a stat up 2 or 3 instead of 1. NOTE: The cost of Codestones, can
be covered by your Grundo's Gym salary if you have played it long enough
to have 5-6 Lifetime Membership Card.
Random Events
Although these are VERY RARE, they may happen and raise your pets stats
or level.
Items
There are some items that you can use to raise your pets stats. Some of
these items are Snegg, Silver Night Negg, Basic Power Negg, and Faerie
Queen Negg. These are a very affective way to train your pet. TIP: The
Snegg is the best way to raise a pets stats in my opinion.
