Guide to the Middle-class

Yes, people in the middle-class do need a guide too. It is true that a lot of people are forgetting that there are people in the middle of the wealthy/poor scale. There are a lot of articles helping the poor but what about the middle-class people? Well, I'm here to help.

I think a lot of middle-class people are having trouble with feeding their pets. The best way to save money is to go to the Neolodge and put all your pets there. Just go to the Cockroach Towers. Make your pets stay there for 14 days. After 14 days, put your pets there again. When your pets are in the Neolodge, they get fed and played with. Your pets will be happy too. Cost = about 400 NP/per pet (14 days stay).

I really like playing the Neopian Stock Market. I usually buy the UNIB when it's down from it's opening value. If you don't like taking risks then don't play the stock market but I will tell you that it is my secret why I am in the middle-class. My favorite stock is the UNIB because I think it is the highest (most expensive) stock out there. It pays quite a bit if the stock goes up. If you only buy one stock of it, you can gain a bit. I usually buy 5 stocks of UNIB and sell it when I see that there is an increase. You also have to be patient. Once, I put all my life savings into the stocks and the next day, all my stocks where down. I was afraid that I would loose all my money but I waited for 2 days and the stock when up again.

And the last tip I can give to fellow middle-class people is play games. Play the Mystery Picture and the Lenny Conundrum. If you're in a guild, ask in the message board if they can help you with these games or just try to guess it!:) It's not that hard! I usually play the Faerie Crossword, the Kiko Match, Whack-A-Beast and the Poogle Solitaire. It gives you NP so that you can become a rich Neopian, or at least be comfortable right in the middle.

In the end, I am gonna tell you that I am struggling too. I am not rich so I can't just buy anything I want. I have learned to discipline myself in restraining the want to buy stuff. I don't have 100,000 NP or even 50,000 NP, but I am trying to get there. My best tip for you is to have fun, join the sponsors, be in a guild that helps and remember that NP is worth nothing if you don't take care of your pets. NeoPets isn't about NP, it's about loving and learning new things about the Neoworld around you. :P
