The Money Tree, Good or Bad?

Does anyone know where the Money Tree started from? Why there are always ghosts lurking around there even though there are other places they could go? And why the Money Tree is HUGE and it, for some unknown reasons, bends over? Well, here's the story of what the Money Tree REALLY is...

The Money Tree was to be nothing more than a regular tree, living it's own life with no big significance. But one day, a poor little Usul by the name of jennijenjen was abandoned under that tree by an owner who couldn't care less about jennijenjen. Jennijenjen, alone and dying from hunger, cried under that tree for hours, so loud, even the Faerie Queen could hear her.

"Light Faerie! What is that racket down there in Neopia?!?" said the Faerie Queen, covering her hands over her ears, hoping to block out the noise.

As the Light Faerie looked down on to Neopia through a telescope, she saw jennijenjen, the scraggly looking Usul.

"My Queen! I see an abandoned Usul! By our records, it seems to be jennijenjen!" said the Light Faerie.

"My!!! Who could have abandoned her?!?! Does one not know the powers jennijenjen holds?!" said the Faerie Queen, quickly jumping out of her chair, about ready to fly down to Neopia herself when the Fire Faerie told her: "Stop! Don't go! Remember how the Dark Faerie is creating havoc down on Neopia?!? She has put a force field around Faerieland! Your powers can't even penetrate them!"

The Faerie Queen, quickly remembering the danger she would put herself in, sat down slowly and said "But we must save her! jennijenjen is more important than any other pet!"

Then, the Faerie Queen thought she could send food down to jennijenjen! Yes! That would be her idea to save her! Well, the Faerie Queen then called the Soup Faerie to make an emergency care package of food to jennijenjen under that tree. The Soup Faerie did so and when jennijenjen got it, and ate, like she had never seen food before. The Soup Faerie then left, remembering how she had to tend to other pets as well. But not far from jennijenjen, there lurked the Dark Faerie with her ghost minions behind her, waiting to take orders.

"Ahh, so this is the one who is so "special". The one who is supposed to defeat my evil one day and bring Neopoints, food, and toys to the less fortunate that I have made. Well, let fate be shaken and the future different! Jennijenjen shall not live to see tomorrow!" the Dark Faerie said to her ghost friends.

The ghosts listened to every word as if this were the last minute they were to live, even though they were already dead.

"My little ghost friends, it is time to test your loyalty! Abrish-fiblik-opdre-a!" said the Dark Faerie to her ghost friends to put a strong spell on them, so that they wouldn't stop until their job was done.

"Now! Go destroy jennijenjen!" said the Dark Faerie and off went the ghosts, towards their goal.

"A-boo-boo!!" said jennijenjen as she found a toy train in the care package, a little treat from the Soup Faerie. But out of no where, the ghosts leaped out from under the ground, surrounding the tree and jennijenjen, making sure she wouldn't get out. They crept closer and closer until...

Out of no where, jennijenjen closed her eyes in fear and the tree jennijenjen was at grew 5 feet and started to cover jennijenjen. Well, this scared the ghosts straight white! So the ghosts left, scared as anything! But a little later, a nice owner by the name of jenjenjen, who had just came to Neopia saw jennijenjen and said, "Oh my! That Usul looks so cute!"

So jenjenjen came closer and took jennijenjen and brought her home and fed her, bathed her, and treated her like a princess. But jenjenjen forgot the care package and soon, a poor owner with 3 pets saw it and took it home. Soon enough, that poor owner spread the word around town about a tree that was creepy looking but had items placed there everyday by kind owners, just waiting to give them away! So, as this word spread around town, rich owners looking to be called "kind owners", left items and poor owners would come and take them, feeling a little better about themselves.

But far away, the ghosts minions were still under the Dark Faerie's spell, even though the Dark Faerie had been placed on trial for attempted destruction of an innocent pet, were all beginning to remember the spell in their minds and came back to the "Money Tree", the name the Neopians had called it, and stole everything that was there. Some unlucky owners saw this happen, and never spoke of it because they were too scared to. They thought people would stop donating because of the eerie happenings. But soon after, everyone knew, and no one minded. Of course, some were mad, but they knew other Neopians, just like them would just keep donating, keeping in mind that they should come at daylight.

As for who and how the tree became that tall and bent over, well, let's just say we have a tie for the Faerie Queen, jennijenjen, or the Money Tree itself for having such magical power to make the Money Tree the way it was.
