The Legend of Chia Desert - The Lost World of the Chias and Quiggles: Part Three

Chelseus soon healed with the help of her human mommy, Uqaq, Storm Call, Wind Voice, and of course, Kauvara's potions. Boy, did she HATE those potions. They made her throw up, and feel sick, and have fire in her body. But no, Uqaq and Storm Call insisted. When Chelseus was ready, she went back into the spirit world... Chelseus, Uqaq, and Storm Call looked for the bad spirits.

Ever since the fire bolt had hit Chelseus, nothing else had been destroyed. Chelseus suddenly noticed than Uqaq and Storm Call had suddenly stopped fighting, and were looking at someone behind Chelseus. She turned around, and gaped.

A HUGE spirit came upon the three. Uqaq knew, that even though Chelseus and Storm Call and him had lots of power, it would be impossible to be able to defeat this spirit.

"What are you doing? Why have you decided to end the lives of millions of Kacheeks and Jubicoas?" (Jubjubs were once known as Jubicoas)

"I am the spirit of Fire Monocerous," the giant beast boomed. "I want to take over this world, and create a world of Fire Monocerous, creatures far more powerful than the common Monocerous!"

Chelseus and Uqaq suddenly gasped, as a huge Chia came into view. "Wind Voice!" Chelseus cried.

She lifted a Fire Gem out. Chelseus followed suit, but took out a Grand Lightning Beam. Uqaq and Storm Call took out Trumpets of Deafening. Wind Voice cried out in an ancient Neopian Language, Neospaka, and declared, "Let us fight for Neopian Future!"

The four NeoPets fought. Suddenly, several good spirits came out, and helped with the battle. Soon, the Fire Monocerous had died out!!! Chelseus, Wind Voice, Uqaq, and Storm Call lived on. The spirits, had made the four immortal, for their good deeds.

Years went on, and from the time that Chelseus had been born to the Battle of the Neopians and the Fire Monocerous had been nearly 4000 years. The desert became a cooler climate. Technology went on, and soon it came to be the Neopia it is now.
