The Idiots Guide to the Battledome

This guide is for those battlers out there who want to excel in the Battledome. This guide assumes that you've already tried out the Battledome. But then, playing in the Battledome, winning in the Battledome, and gaining respect from Battledome players, are three totally different matters. This guide will help you to be better in the Battledome and help you earn the respect of your fellow battlers. After all, what's the Battledome without other people to battle with?

Battledome Rules of Conduct

1. No telescopic grabbers or hawk wands(whatever that is) or anything which steals/removes items (the bent fork is OK, because unlike these other items, it's targeted).

2. NO QUITTERS

3. NEVER challenge pets with all stats lower than yours (All stats also includes REMAINING HEALTH, not max health).

4. NEVER challenge severely weakened (orange or lower).

Tips and Advice for Newbies and Elites

1. Get something which defends against fire, sword, and/or water (Ocularimplants are good, too).

2. The Black Frost Cannon makes a very good weapon, so does the Grand Lightning Beam; and they're cheap too. But get a non-fire/water weapon as well just in case.

3. Conserve heal for when your health is orange/red, don't waste power (Certain Spells don't work yet). What, you don't have heal?? Go and buy a Water Faerie, it's worth it!

4. Never trust strangers, especially when looking for healing battles (Healing battles is one of the most dangerous ways to heal anyway).

5. Stock up on yellow healthshrooms, and try not to feed your pet too much.

Remember, as the Battledome changes, so do the "rules of the game" but common sense should get you very far, and rumours should get you even further. So always visit the Battledome board often to get hot tips on the dome. Good luck!
