Neopoints and Prices, etc.

I was reading in the Neopian Times about the mixed feelings about prices of food and the issues fellow Neopians are having with earning points. I agree with the limit of the value of items being put up for resale. I was shocked to see a hamburger listed for 99999 NP when its value isn't even 1/10th of this. Even non-food items are overpriced.

As for earning more Neopoints, you might want to reward returning members. At such sites like iwin.com, returning members are awarded a random number of points up to 500 (for them, you could stop at 100). Or create neo point jobs that can be accessed for a certain neo points a couple times a week. I know, you have nice games such as Kiko seek and a few other easy ones. But pose the jobs as games...or something of that nature. Many of the games may give you points, but not the points needed for buying food. I understand that I am a very new member, and I am also committed to tending to my four NeoPets. You need to consider adding a bit more to help raise the points needed to care and pamper our darlings.

The Faerie Game is kind of a joke since the 'space bar' doesn't break the clouds (yet, I know you're working on it), and the game had a bug that prevents the faerie from moving out of the line of danger. I know you worked very hard on it, but if others are coming across this game and suffering the same problems, then they do get discouraged with trying another game.

Another thing, having the poor limit to 1000 Neopoints is not very realistic. Hunting for food is a very difficult task. I sometimes have to hunt for hours before getting enough for my darlings. Right now, I'm avoiding earning over 1000 so the food hunt is made easier. Consider bringing it up to 2000 or open another kind of soup kitchen that helps those between 1000 - 2000 or so points. I would also like to see a shelter that is run by a more loving person, as to real life. Make the offer that the pets come with a few toys and a few food pieces, as they do at a real shelter. Just a thought.

I would also like to suggest a ferret type NeoPet. I know I'm over the limit, so I cannot have one, but I would love to see a Neo-ferret enter the world. There are thousand of us ferret lovers, and ferrets are very friendly, communal, intelligent, masters of escape (good for battle), and are very loving. I can see having a ferret game were they climb, burrow, jump, and snatch every food, toy, and shoe into hiding.

Another note, the ghosts steal way too often from the Money Tree. Every time I go there, stuff is always stolen. With a billion members, there is enough competition for the goods donated there. I would be more content with seeing that the Money Tree is out of donations. Thank you for your time and attention. I really do appreciate the world you have created for us. Thank you again.
