I May Be Rich But I'm Not Greedy

This article is about how the poor are poor and how it is the rich Neopians fault that they are that way. You always hear the poor talk about the rich but the rich never really get heard from . You do every now and then hear from the rich but I don't feel that you hear enough about us and how some of us got rich.

I consider myself to be rich with a little over 90,000 NP. I'm not greedy though! Some rich people might have gotten rich by steeling from the poor but most got rich from hard work and a lot of time consuming work. I became rich by accident. I found an original map piece a few months ago. I, being a poor Neopian, put it right into my shop. I didn't really want to sell it though. I just wanted to show it off. I'd never had anything of value before. I put it in my shop for 19,000 NP. with all the other map pieces out there for 2000 and under who would have thought that someone would have bought it. Someone did though and I suddenly had a lot of money.

That's how it began for me. I didn't get a whole lot of money after that. I sold things in my shop for a while and then the stock market came and I made a LOT more money. I played a lot of games for more money because I had nothing else to do.

Now, I said that I sold things in my shop. I sell food in my shop. That's about the only thing I ever put in my shop. I sell it for 2-5 NP more than I got it for. That's it. My food items are never sold for over 20 NP unless they're rare. If you go into my shop you'll see it written there. People complain about the high food prices are when they use the Shop Wizard. Well, the Shop Wizard was changed a while ago so that it doesn't always give you the shops with the lowest prices. It was changed so that more peoples shops would be visited and so that more people can sell stuff. If I want the lowest price for something I'll search again and again for that item in the Shop Wizard. When I find a good price I write down the shop owners name and continue to search. When I think I've found the best price possible I go to the person shop and buy it.

I'm not greedy! Every few days I donate a few hundred NP to the Money Tree and I'm constantly donating toys and books. Many of the toys that I that buy, I buy specifically for donating.

I've made a few of my thousands at the advent calendar that was open all of December. About four of the days they gave out 2000 NP. What have you done with all the money you got from there (if you knew about it). I invested some of mine. I put some in the bank. If you have over 15,000 NP you'll get interest. I'm getting about 28 NP every day. Not all rich people are greedy and didn't become that way by stealing or ripping people off.

A few tips-- play games, save your money and don't buy expensive toys. Your pets won't care how expensive the food or toys are. Invest in the stock market. Get off the rich people's backs and get to work!
