Searching For A Past

"Korena, wake up," Karena said.

"Okay, I'm awake. Quit bugging me!" I said.

We're the only identical twin Aishas in Neopia. I stood up, and I climbed up a tree.

"Clouds! It looks like a storm is starting to form," I shouted.

"We better find shelter," Karena shouted from the darkness below.

"I saw a hut somewhere over there," I said, "There's shelter. Maybe something interesting will be in there, like an old locket with pictures in it."

We found shelter in an abandoned old hut. "Hey! I found something..." I said, pulling a picture from under an old bed.

"I've seen this before. Hey! It's us! I found a picture of us!" I said, shoving he picture in front of Karena.

It was a picture of us when we were very little with our old owners. They looked about 5 years old. They were a boy and girl. Twins, no doubt!

"Oh, boy! And girl! Twins like us!" Karena said.

"There's a letter too!" I said.

"Read it! Read it! Oh please please pleeeease!'' Karena said.

''Okay," I said. "Here goes!"

The letter stopped there. The rest was scribbling. Calista must have messed them up on accident.

"Remember the 'new people' that came?" I said."Maybe it's them?"

We rushed outside. False alarm.

"Let's go find them!" Karena said. "They're in Neopia."

We rushed into town. They were across the street.

"Over here! You were our old owners! Remember Karena and I?" I said.

They looked over, checked for anything or anyone rushing around, then ran across the street.

"You remembered!" we said.

"What are your names again?" I asked.

"My name's Josh," the boy said.

"Mine's Osciana!" the girl said triumphantly.

"And you two aren't 100% Aisha" they said.

"WHAT!?" we said simultaneously.

"You had a bad experience with The Mutation Ray, and instead of mutating you, it turned you into Aishas. The picture is of you after. You can change back, too..." they said.

Epilogue: They eventually changed back, and Osciana and Josh never told the twins where they moved to!
