Beware the Lab Ray

My name is Elleni. I guess you could say I'm your average silver Shoyru. Well I guess I was until last Saturday. It in was the afternoon that I was changed so much. My owner, lynx, had already gotten all of the secret laboratory maps and had used the morphing ray once. My sister went up three levels when it hit her. Thank goodness my owner didn't have the chance to use it on Lili, who is just a baby Aisha. I wouldn't want what happened to me to happen to her.

I'm not mad at my owner for using the ray. She didn't know any better. I was unsure about letting her use it on me but I figured maybe I'll come out with more levels. It was kinda like the time that she had worked hard to get me a silver paint brush. I was unsure about getting painted but I went ahead and did it. I liked being a silver Shoyru. I love to fly. I didn't think anything as bad as that would happen. Neither did my owner. Thankfully what happened to me didn't happen to my sisters. I'm the oldest of us three and I wouldn't want anything to happen to them.

I... I... was scared when I was put in front of that ray. Then I felt all the weird changes happening to me. I didn't realize what had happened till lynx pulled a mirror from the near by table. I was a red Gerlert. Now there is nothing wrong with Gelerts but when you're used to being a Shoyru, its bad.

My owner looked like she was about to cry. I knew I couldn't break down in front of her because she needed me to be strong. I knew she would think of something. She always has. The first thing she did was to go and complain about the morphing ray. I knew that nothing would get done if she complained but it made her feel better. She took me home, and since it was Saturday evening I knew that the neo headquarters wouldn't do anything over the weekend.

Well, early the next morning my owner left to go shopping. She left me and my sisters at home. While she was shopping, my owner found a Red Aisha Morphing Potion in a shop and figured that maybe there was a Shoyru morphing potion. She was right. There was a Blue Shoyru Morphing Potion. So she searched and searched for a Blue Shoyru Morphing Potion and a Silver Paintbrush. When she came home in the afternoon she handed me the Morphing Potion and I drank it.

I didn't think it would work but it did. She handed me a Silver Paint Brush. She also gave maeglyn a Purple Paintbrush and Lili a split one. We all headed for The Rainbow Pool. Now I may have only been a red Gerlert for a day, but it isn't something I would want to stay.
