Yes, yes, I know what you all are thinking. "Oh no, not another money article! Probably just more complaining! Why am I even reading this?!" Well, I'm not here to complain. I'm here to try and get people to *stop* complaining. Listen, like everyone's always saying, the rich DO get richer. It goes along with my theory: wisely spent, money in Neopia is accumulative.

I have an income of around 500 Np a day, give or take. I have a daily budget of 200 Np, but I rarely spend it all. I play Pokematch every day, and get around 600 Np, then I buy food and a daily book for my pets. I also take advantage of any free offers, such as the Advent Calendar and the Treasure Hunt, that I can find. This process has gotten me to a bank account with some 32,800 Np, qualifying me as a member of the upper middle class, and a Pet's pet for each of my four pets.

Yes, I have a shop, but it isn't my major source of income. You, too, can be here! One of the major things is the Discount Card; I have a 20% discount right now, and it is *very* useful. Also, you have to keep in mind that having less than 100 Np isn't necessarily a bad thing; all it means is that you live simply, and I often wish that I could still use The Soup Kitchen. I would say that the hardest place to be is having between 1000 and 10,000 Np. I've been there, so I know; you struggle a lot, to get food and other necessities.

The only advice that I can give you at this stage is to live very simply, buy only from the official stores, don't spend money on luxuries such as lottery tickets; 10 Np can make the difference. In conclusion, don't gripe! Work to get your Np, spend them wisely, and remember: upper class people worked to get here! Chances are, when you've been here longer, you'll be as rich as I am now. Heck, NeoPets has only been around for a year.
