The War Begins

[Veronica's View]
"M-Me? Aw, shucks..." I said kicking my paws shyly.

"Seriously, there is a war and I really need you," Princess Ashley said sternly.

"War? We haven't had it in 2,000 years," I replied.

"I'm scared, I don't know how to handle it," The princess said worried.

"EVERY ONE! PUT YOUR HANDS UP!" a Skeith said with a huge Rainbow Gun.

"Don't say a word," the princess said, holding the Trident of Poseidon. A powerful force of water shot at him and he fell to the ground unable to fight.

"I hate to do that," the princess sighed.

The glass broke and armies of Skeiths with different weapons came in.

"Our forces are here," I said.

A bunch of different species came in with different weapons. Even Chia's with Bubble Guns came. "I can't watch..." the princess said as tears came down her face.

She grabbed my hand and ran to the control room. "After her!" the general announced.

"Never!" she shouted.

All of them started shooting each other with their rainbow guns, bubble guns and snowballs. Some even with Nova's.

"Why now? Why did this war had to start!" the princess wailed. A vision popped into my head.

"Good grief! 2,000 years and no wars, no invasions. Why? Yes! I'll start a war, I am very brilliant, I can start anything, I'm the one and only Dr. Sloth..." Dr. Sloth said in his laboratory.

"Dr. Sloth wanted to start a war," I replied.

"What? How do you know?" Princes Ashley asked.

"I have the power to see the past and read people's thoughts," I said.

"Cool! I rather have that power than the power over a dumb planet," I read Princess Ashley's thought. I laughed.

"There she is!" an officer yelled.

"Quick, into the safety ship!" I said, dragging her into a secret room.

The doors sealed and a medium-sized ship was in the room. "Quick, inside," I said. We ran in. We put our seat belts in.

"Hold on," I said. I started the engine.

"Hey, the whole army is after us..." the dragon said.

"What! How did you get here?" I asked.

"I don't know, who cares, just hurry!" the dragon said. I steered it out of the big ship and said the beautiful stars every where.

"They're also fighting in space ships!" the princess said, looking behind the ship in sadness.

"We got you now!" I heard the general say behind the glass. I shot a beam at him and took a deep dip down and a turn. I shot some beams at the enemy planes and dodged a lot of beams.

"This is better than a roller coaster!" I said. I saw Sally in one of the planes.

"Sally? Fighting?" I said to myself quietly. She wasn't the kind of fighting person. A big plane from the other side shot a huge beam at Sally's ship.

"NO!" I shrieked as her plane exploded. Tears flooded out my eyes in one second. "Cry in the back, I'll get him back..." the princess said angrily.
