This is to try to make things easier for the shop owner, if they had to individually haggle with each person who wanted to buy anything they would never sell their stock. If you really do want to haggle you could always try sending the shop owner a Neomail asking if they would accept your offer in the trading post.

You need to create a completely new Neopet that is nothing to do with the ones you may own on the site. The species of Neopet you can create depends on which Pocket Neopet you have. If you have the Haunted Woods one you can create a Kacheek, if you have the Mystery Island one you can create a Kougra, etc.

I am new and a faerie wants me to find a doctor... how?
You can go to the doctor by clicking on the Hospital from the main shops page. Click on 'Shops' in the yellow side bar and then click on the white building with a red cross on it.

If you enter in the gallery/shop spotlight does your shop have to be a gallery? Can it just be a really creative shop or something like that?
It doesn't have to be a gallery no, as long as it is creative, interesting and very unique your shop has a good chance of being chosen.

No, each paint brush can only be used one at a time, if you paint your Neopet with another paint brush it will simply replace the previous look.

Krawk petpets turn into Krawk Neopets. Blue Krawk petpets turn into Blue Krawks, Yellow Krawk petpets turn into Yellow Krawks...but the Pink Krawk petpet turns into a Red Krawk.
