Why is it that there isn't a Green Poppit or a Red Poppit as a painted petpet? In the fun images there is a green, red, yellow, and blue Poppit. I'd like to have a Green Poppit, but sadly it can't be painted green.
Ooh.. we didn't notice that. A green and red poppit will be added on Monday.

Yup, all through December the advent calendar will be open. We have already started planning some of the prizes and we think you will like them :)

How come the game 'Whackabeast' isn't there anymore? I LOVE that game! Did you guys remove it?
It will be replaced with the new 'Whack a staff member' game that will be launched early next week. In case you are wondering number six is Adam!

Are the plushies from the Deserted Fairground evil because they are a)enchanted, or b)deformed? I think the space blumfaerie plushie is cute, but I don't want my pets to be put under a spell.
Aww... how can you say they are deformed, they are just slightly different :) Your neopet will suffer no ill affects if you give it a plushie from the Deserted Fairground, they aren't REALLY evil, they are just misunderstood.

Why is Jhuidah the Island Faerie the only faerie with no faerie doll? Will she ever get one? I bet she feels left out!
We were leaving that until we decided whether or not to give her wings. As you may have noticed she now has a pair of lovely pink wings, so you can expect to see a Jhuidah faerie doll in the toy shop shortly.

Are Bruce plushies that are in Limited Too jumbo size or normal?
The Bruce plushies are standard plushie size. The only jumbo plushie we have made so far is the White Kougra that has been featured on the Neocam this week.

Thursday was the birth of the 1st Chia, did you guys forget about it or something?
No, that is Thyassa's birthday and we didn't think it was fair to celebrate it as we don't do anything for other individual pets. It is just listed on the calendar as it is an interesting date. Chia Day is on February the 18th.

Hi. Why are infested peaches called infested peaches if there is only one peach?
That has been fixed, now it is just Infested Peach :)

If you kept the of Neopets birthday cake for a few months would it become more valuable or would it decrease in value?
That all depends on how many there are available to buy and who wants to buy them. Considering that it will not be given out in any Neopian shop even again it will be pretty rare. Also it is a collectable item as it commemorates our third anniversary so many people may want to own it. Chances are it will increase in value the longer you keep it.

Ummm........ on Half Price Day, does that work with updating your shop? Like having that only half the price or something? I was also wondering, are the marketplace shops half the price too?
Half Price Day only affects the official Neopian shops, it doesn't affect the prices in an individual players shop. It is up to them if they choose to reduce their prices or not.

A while back, you said that the Cloud Aisha Cloudmaker would become a battledome item. Will this ever happen?

When is the witching hour? I could never seem to get it right?
The witching hour is 12 midnight NST (Neopian Standard Time). This is displayed on the front page, calendar and world page so you will be able to figure it out no matter where you are in the world.

Why are there not any Mortog petpet in the "All Petpet" look up list? Mortogs are not even listed as an item. I have only seen them as unbuyables (maybe 5). Where do you buy one?
Mortogs are too rare to appear in the 'All Petpets' list, only the most common petpets appear there. Mortogs are sold in the 'Ye Olde Petpets Shoppe' in Meridell although they are extremely rare so you won't see many of them.

One day When I was on Neopets I went to the home page (www.neopets.com), and I had my mouse on the big words NEOPETS with the stars all around it, but it looked different. There was pumpkins and it looked like mutant stars and writing! What was that??
That was our Halloween logo. At different times of the year we change what our logo looks like when you hold your mouse over it. Keep checking it, as it will change pretty soon :)

How do I get the sunglasses smiley on the guild board? Is there a page or help file that lists all of the smileys?
There are a variety of codes you can use to get the various images to appear on the message boards. There is no Neopets page that tells you these, we make you work them out for yourself. Try asking another player on the message boards or looking at a Neopets fan site.

If the Ghostkerchief hugs your pet, does it become your pet's new petpet? What if your pet already has a petpet? Will it be replaced?
No, the Ghostkerchief will not become your petpet, nothing will happen to your existing pet's petpet. Its just a friendly Ghostkerchief that was passing by.

I saw a Avocado chia! How the user do that? Is it the lab ray?
No, If you feed a Chia an Avocado Chia Pop they will turn into an Avocado Chia.
