Will there ever be Mutant shopkeepers?
Yup, we added a whole bunch of things today as it was Grarrl day, but there will be some Mutant shopkeepers added on Monday.

I live in the UK, and when I went to buy some neopets merchandise, I soon noticed, after I'd brought the Babaa, that I didn't get a code. Are the codes only given to the U.S? Because if so, then that's not fair! ;(
The codes aren't given out with the plushies in any country as it is impossible to stop other people seeing them. There is a rare item code inside every notebook and sticker pack.

If I reset my shop, does it erase all of my items?
No, it just clears your description so you can start all over again.

I can't seem to figure out where the White Chocolate Pear in my shop came from, I don't remember seeing it there before.
We replaced some of the old sponsor items with new Neopian ones. The White Chocolate Pear was one of the items we changed them to.

What does it mean when *PINCH PUNCH* First of the month, no returns! is on the new features?
Its just a silly little thing we do in the UK. Basically the first person to notice its the 1st of the month has to rush to someone else and say 'pinch, punch, first of the month, bagsy no returns'.

How do I get a Turmac? I haven't seen anyone that owns one!
Turmacs are sold in the petpet shop on Meridell. They are being stocked, they are just amazingly rare.

What is the Wooden Spoon Award?
Its an award for the least popular Neopet.

In the neopian times, if you want to send a comic in, do you give the HTML code as well?
Nope, just send us the comic and your username and we will do the rest.

Who draws the pictures of the Neopets? (Like all the pictures of the Neopets under "all colours" in the Rainbow Pool and stuff)?
We have a team of artists who draw the various items, pets, illustrations and merchandise designs. You can see exactly who they are by clicking on the About Us link at the bottom of any page on the site.

What shop can you get the Babaa keyring from?
You cannot get it in any Neopian shop. This is a special prize you can get from the rare item codes you receive when you purchase some Neopets stickers or notepads. If you can't get hold of a rare item code, try the Shop Wizard or Trading Post.

If your items get stolen by a random event such as the Grundo Leader, what happens to the items he stole?
He/she takes them with them, they do not end up in the Money Tree and there is no way for you to get the item back from them.

Why does it cost more to build a house in Faerieland than it does in the Neopian Central? Does it give you something special? Do you get a special house?
No, its just simply the land prices are higher as more people want to live up in the clouds than down on the ground.

Why doesn't anybody guess all six numbers correctly for the lottery?
The odds of guessing all six lottery numbers correctly are just so staggeringly high that it is extremely difficult to do.

Are there any potions that will put your Petpet's level up?
No, you cannot use items on your Petpet. The ONLY way to raise your Petpets level is to risk waking Turmaculus.

Yup, we have one or two things planned for Halloween although that is all I am saying :)

Probably not as we already have the Shadow paint brush which is pretty dark already.

What is your fave 80's cartoon?
Hmm... well Dungeons and Dragons was amazing, although I have a soft spot for Dogtanian and the Three Muskahounds, Ulysees, Thundercats, Mysterious Cities of Gold and Pole Position too. ( I watched a LOT of cartoons)
