How many Dubloons can you earn per day?
That depends what you do and how good you are. Currently you can only earn Dubloons from the Shrine and Deckswabber, although we will be adding more ways to get Dubloons shortly. The higher the score you get in Deckswabber, the more Dubloons you will get.

I want to use some of the Fun Images on my fan page, how do I find the copyright notice to use?
The copyright notice is listed in our Terms and Conditions page. There is a link to this at the bottom of every NeoPet's page.

I tried to give my Gelert an Angelpuss but it just said "Get that Angelpuss away from me!" Why did it do that?
Neopets have different likes and dislikes, I guess your Gelert doesn't like his Angelpuss. Try giving it another petpet instead.

If you tell someone your password and they hack your account can you still claim your money back?
No, the person didn't "hack" your account, you gave them the password. They just logged in as you. We tell you all over the site not to give your password to anybody. We have even blocked you sending your password via Neomail. If you are silly enough to do it, then I am afraid it is your own fault, and we will not refund you.

If I created a shop, can I delete it?
No, once you have created a shop, you will always have it. If you don't want it anymore, just stop restocking it and people will stop visiting it.

Are Dubloons the coins you get as you play Deckswabber?
You can earn Dubloons from Deckswabber if you get a score of 300 or more, but the coins that appear in the game (on the deck) are not Dubloons. They are coins that you need to collect to earn gold in the game.

What happens to our pets if we are going to cancel aol or any other online things?
Nothing, Neopets has nothing to do with AOL or any other internet service provider. If you go offline for a while, your Neopets will still be here waiting. They just may be a little hungry when you return.

Is it true that the Brain Tree gives you Brain Tree splinters if you fight him well?
No, although he may give them to you if you complete one of his quests.
