How do I get my Neopet in the Pet Spotlight?
To earn fame and a shiny trophy for your Neopet, you just need to email a short piece of text (about three paragraphs) explaining why your Neopet is so special to spotlight@neopets.com. Remember to include your username, pet's name and a picture of yor Neopet if possible.

I have seen the Neoquest plushies on the news page, how do I get hold of one?
Jahbal, Faleinn and all the other Neoquest plushies are on sale in the normal toy shop. They are just extremely rare so are quite hard to get hold of.

How do I cook Asparagus?
Its really easy, just chop off the very ends of the Asparagus (the bit that looks sort of wood-like), pop them in a saucepan and boil then for about 5 minutes. You can also steam or grill them. Mmmmmm Asparagus!

When do the Smuggler's get hold of new stuff?
This all depends on what washes to shore on Smuggler's Cove.

Will you be changing all the Christmas paint brushes to year 3 versions?
No, only the ones that don't look too seasonal such as the old Bruce and the old Gelert. There may be one or two others that will change, but most of them will remain the same.

Why was Kiko Match removed?
Kiko Match was one of the first games we ever added to Neopets and we just didnt realise quite how easy it was. It was completely unbalanced as you could earn far more in a 15 second game of Kiko Match than a 10 minute game of Deckswabber. Don't fear, Kiko Match will return shortly, but it will be a new improved, fairer version.

I see lots of great pictures that appear in the Art Gallery, how can I get my picture there?
Firstly you need to draw an original picture of your Neopet/Petpet/something Neopian. It must be 100% your own work, altering one of our images, or stealing someone else's work is not permitted. Then you either email or mail it into us along with your username. If it was chosen as a winner, you should see your artwork in the gallery within a couple of weeks. What is happening to the game pages? I tried to play Alpine Challenge and got a blank screen!
We are in the process of updating all our games pages so they look nicer and have much more information on them, such as your best score, how many people have played it, how many times you have played it etc. This is quite a huge task as we have over 90 games so you may have a few problems playing some game over the next couple of weeks. If you see anything wierd, just try again in 30 minutes or so.

This is a gentle reminder to all those out there who may be less than honest. Neopets is not about who can have the most accounts, anyone we using multiple accounts to cheat anything will have all their accounts frozen. This includes the Advent calendar!
