Messages keep disapeering from my guild, yet I am not deleting them, why is this?
If a person posts a particularly bad message, we will send them an official warning and delete all the messages that person has posted, this includes guilds and noticeboard posts.

Are you going to sell NeoPets merchandise anywhere other than California, USA?
Yes, we are just doing a small test in the local area to determine what sort of merchandise is popular and what the demand is like. Providing all goes well *crosses fingers*, we will be selling NeoPets merchandise all over America. We do aim to sell products overseas (yes, that includes the UK, Canada, Australia, Singapore and Europe), but it will not be for a while.

I recently used a Style Sheet on my pet's page to make it look better. Now, however, I cannot make any more changes to it, because the "Make Changes" button has appeared as an HTML code on my page! How do I get it back?
If the 'Make Changes' button ever disapears, it means you forgot to end a tag and have broken that page. The only way to fix it is to email support@neopets.com with your username and what happened. We can then clear the page and reset it back to the default species web page. This means you will lose all changes, but it is the only way we can fix it.

Is there any way to tell the difference between "the stuff" the trading card and "the stuff" the stuff on the shop wizard?
There is now, the collectable card is now called "The Stuff Collectable Card" :)

Will you be making any more plushies, for example Kougra, Peophin and Kacheek plushies?
Yes, we do plan to make plushies of all the NeoPets eventually. As soon as we make another set, we will let you know :)

I've seen mini pictures of people's neopets in their shops. Under the picture it says - Neopet - or - My Neopet - . Whatever the saying is, it's a link to the Neopets homepage. I think they're cute. Where do people get them?
They are Neobadges, you can get to this page by clicking on the 'link to us' text in the yellow side bar.

I own a Gelert, will it automatically change to the new look?
Yes, when we upload the new version, all Gelerts will change to the new version, even all the painted ones!
