RAINBOW POOL - Me, like most people have at least one painted pet. It's just
normal for us to be walking along the street and see a Speckled Lenny or a Strawberry
Usul! There are so many different colours to choose from, why wouldn't painted
pets be poking their heads out of bushes with every step we take? But have you
actually considered what a Paint Brush does?
OK, we know what a Paint Brush is, it's a brush with paint on it. Magical paint?
Of course! How else could a brush with liquid do what it does? Say you want
to paint your pet Halloween, Tyrannian, Pirate or any colour like that, one
swoosh of the brush and suddenly your pet now has a costume, a toga or a bandana!
It must be very magical paint, since some Faerie pets are pink (such as the
Krawk or the Kyrii) and some Faerie pets are different colours (such as the
Chia or the Kacheek). Some Faerie wings are like fins (like Kois and Flotsams)
and others are like butterflies (like Korbats and Usuls). The Baby Paint Brush
has the ability to make a pet younger by years, quite weird. I think it's less
of a 'Paint Brush' but more of a 'Magical stick with goo on it'. Think that's
all of the weird stuff? Think again.
How come you need to go to the Rainbow Pool to use the brush? Do you need to
dip it into the pool before using it? To me, it looks like there is a good amount
of paint already on the brush. And why can't you just get a non-magical paint
brush and dip it in the pool to paint your pet? How come you can't just dip
a used Paint Brush back into the Rainbow Pool, and continue painting. What happens
to all of the used Paint Brushes anyway, they'd be even more common than dung!
So many questions, and not enough answers.
Something else I want to know is how come only certain pets are only available
in certain colours? Tonus can't be painted orange, but Lupes can. Tonus and
Lupes are both available Checkered. I can easily picture and Orange Tonu, but
there aren't any. I guess even the magic in the Paint Brushes have limits. It
was a week or two ago when Myncis were available in Fire, but they weren't before.
I guess that means the Paint Brushes 'learned' how to makes Myncis have painted
flames all over them. I don't know about you, but I find that a little strange.
Something else is the Petpet Puddle. All of the odd things I mentioned about
regular Paint Brushes apply here, and more. How come Petpet Paint Brushes can't
be used to paint Neopets? How come regular Paint Brushes can't be used to paint
Petpets? I could see how a little Petpet Paint Brush wouldn't be big enough
to paint a Grarrl, but a regular Paint Brush should be big enough to paint a
couple of Pet Rocks.
These are the kinds of things that keep me awake at night for hours on end!
This is why I haven't been able to get a girlfriend in years! Well I hope you
realise I may have stumbled onto something that could be bigger than Neopia
itself! This is too_kule,
fully aware that I won't be getting much sleep tonight, signing off. Bye!
