THEY CALL ME Myyth. On the outside I may seem like your average run-of-the-mill
Neopet. Just a plain Eyrie in a boring family lacking accomplishments, just
like so many other Neopian citizens.
If this is what you think, my friend, you are
quite sadly mistaken.
Maybe you don't know about my secret lair beneath
our NeoHome. Maybe you are unaware of the diabolical plans I have formed with
my comrades. Let me be quick to inform you. I am a very ambitious Neopet, more
ambitious then even Sloth himself, and these plans will be crucial when the
new power of Neopia arises.
That power will be me.
Yes, I know you ignorant fools are sitting there
chuckling, thinking that I'm just another nut job who things he can succeed
at Neopia Domination. But again, you are all wrong. I have the tools to take
over Neopia and become your leader. Will you all be laughing when I have all
of Neopia in my grasp?
I cannot disclose my exact plans at this time,
for they are purely confidential, and if they are left in the wrongs hands then
my dream to rule Neopia would be destroyed. What I can do is tell you why I've
become the power-hungry Neopet I am today and what me resources are. I can let
you into my mind a bit so you can try and understand why I've chosen this course
of acting. Maybe I can even convince you of my sanity.
I am not crazy. I know anybody reading this
little paper will think so, but let us consider the point, what defines sanity?
Somebody who stays in the realms of normalcy? It's all rather shifty in my eyes,
and it's not something you can put a label on. But this is not about sanity
is it? This piece of writing is about power, and why I want to gain it so badly.
Some people thing that the most powerful thing
in Neopia is Neopoints. Others say it's friendship. I say it's power itself.
If you have power you can easily gain both the former and the latter with it.
That is why I wish for power, it's the one thing that controls all others. If
you have tremendous power, you need nothing else. That is my belief, and that
is why I seek power.
I am no fool. I know that the road to fame and
glory is one that is best taken with friends as well as comrades. That is why
my partners in crime were carefully chosen. Oh, all right, I admit I didn't
have much a selection from my own siblings but I worked with what I had. Shaeylan,
my sister who is a baby Blumaroo, is a master tactician. She is a genius logically
and scientifically. She can handle any situation that comes her way, and she
is a very useful partner overall. Many times she has worked the kinks out of
any plans I come up with.
My other two siblings, Darkwise and Zukilee,
sadly are not as useful as Shaeylan so I will not go into any great detail on
their behalf.
I must admit though I do feel a sense of emptiness,
here I am, supposedly a diabolical villain trying to take over Neopia and there
are no famous super heroes trying to stop me. Give me some credit, honestly,
at least make it a bit more difficult for me. Alas, It will probably be very
simple indeed to take over Neopia since nobody believes I can do it.
Now that you are informed of my intentions I
shall get back to work now on my latest plan and as soon as the wheels are in
motion there will be no turning back. I will be your leader soon enough and
you will have wished you had stopped me when you had the chance.
As you can see I am no ordinary Eyrie. I am
Myyth, your future leader of Neopia.
