So what's the deal with NeoPets and Asparagus? Maybe it's some type of ray gun
that Fuzzles are going to use to take over the world!!! RUN! Wait... erm, probably
not. It's green, slimy and a lot of people can't stand the taste. Oh come on,
it's not that bad! It's not that bitter, and it really isn't that slimy compared
to most slugs. All right, all right don't want to eat it and your NeoPet refuses
to? Well my odd pets have come up with their own ideas on what to use Asparagus
for. So if your NeoPets won't eat it then maybe my pets can help them figure
out what else to use it for!

Well my dear Shoyrus and Wockys, Bruces and Buzzes, Chias, Kacheeks and erm...
I think mum's been showing me Lord of the Rings to many times... *ahem* Well,
Asparagus can be used for many wonderful things. If you grew up with three annoying
other NeoPets you can use it to keep them away. Just point a stick of Asparagus
at them and most likely any annoying sibling will run far, far away from you.
Or you could fallow these instructions to make a fine Asparagus weapon to keep
away your brother or sister.
1. Get a nice well cooked bendy piece of Asparagus
2. Bend it backwards holding the tip with your paw (for those who don't
have thumbs) and keep your other paw wrapped tightly around the bottom. Be careful
not to break it though!
3. Find a mushy pea and rest it on the top of the Asparagus. Then when
your brother or sister comes around let go of the tip and send that pea flying!
Smack! Ahahahaha.... And there my friends you have a wonderful Asparagus sling
shot! Ta da!

Anuhea stop throwing peas at me! Ow ow ow! AHHHH. And your suppose to be the
mature one! Oh hello, well, I guess you could use it as a small puny weapon
against your brother or sister. Or you could use a piece of Asparagus as something
better and more fun! Sure flinging peas can be fun but what a waste of good
mushy peas! Here are my ideas of what Asparagus could be used for
1. If you have around twenty or more pieces of sturdy Asparagus you
could make a small fort and use it as a house for your PetPet! Just make sure
to throw it out after a week. It tends to smell really, really bad!
2. You could also use eight pieces of uncooked asparagus as table legs!
Just glue the pieces together 'til they are tall enough then put something light
on the top of them as a table surface!
3. Asparagus can also be used as firewood when you can't find any!
So if you were stuck on an island and you could only bring two things what would
it be? Matches and Asparagus of course!
4. If Sloth ever comes back to Neopia we could boil up thousands of
Asparagus stalks in a big pot. Then when he comes strolling down the street,
we pour it on him! He will be stinky like Asparagus for months. Then after that,
he'll think twice before he ever comes back to Asparagus-loving Neopia!
5. If you and your friends can't find anything else to do, pick up
some Asparagus sticks and come up with a short play! You could do Peter Pan
and use Asparagus as your swords! Peter Pan likes green right? Or you could
do the Walrus and the Carpenter and use the asparagus as the Walrus's teeth!

I guess if your not into the whole world domination thing you could find other
uses for Asparagus. Maybe you could get inspired by a erm lovely piece of asparagus.
Try coming up with an Asparagus song! Ohhhhhh Asparagus the lovely, Asparagus
the green Asparagus, we love you even if your steeeammmmeeddd! *cough cough*
Or if singing isn't your thing maybe inventing?
How about an Asparagus Halloween outfit for your PetPet? Just take some Asparagus
sticks and glue them all around your PetPet's head. Tada the Doglefox
King!
Or maybe you could come up with an Asparagus movie. Find a video recorder
lying around your owner's house and gather up all your Neopian friends. You
could make a forest out of Asparagus and film the Blair Asparagus Project the
comedy version! Or Asparagus Attacks. Glue two sticks of Asparagus to everyone's
head and you could make a film about Asparagus Alien's coming to Neopia!

I say they are all nuts. Completely out of it! Sure you could make a PetPet
house or a film about Asparagus but what about eating it?! That's what it's
used for right? How about making a lovely Spinach and Asparagus Pasty? Or if
your to lazy to cook, or your owner won't let you in the kitchen since you stole
all the mushy peas. You could buy one from the Neopian bakery. There's also
Strawberry Blend Slushie which can be found at the Ice Slushie shop up in the
cold Winter world of Neopia! It's a perfect mix of Asparagus and strawberry.
Very healthy and full of vitamins! Get your owner to pick one up for you! Not
into the strawberry Asparagus mix? Well then try Asparagus and Yoghurt Pizza.
Can be found in the pizza shop in Neopia's main shopping centre! Yummy yoghurt
with little pieces of Asparagus cooked in! Or just type Asparagus in the Shop
Wizard and see what you come up with!
