Very few people realise how good a guild can be. If you join a good guild,
and stay active in it, you would probably enjoy NeoPets more than you've imagined.
Having a guild to be in would result in friendships and help you may never
receive anywhere on NeoPets. So what part do you play in the guild you have?
LONER
No guild, can't be bothered.
WHAT ongty SAYS: This is not good. Either you don't know what a guild is,
or you are a quiet sort of person. Join a guild and make more Neofriends!
IGNORANT
Joins a guild, then forgets about it. Not active in a guild at all.
WHAT ongty SAYS: Now, this is worse. If you join a guild and don't do anything,
why bother to join in the first place?
CASUAL
Drops by in the message board now and then, chats a little, helps or receives
help willingly.
WHAT ongty SAYS: Ahhhh... most people in guilds are like this. This is
fine, just keep it up.
BUSINESS
This guy doles out advice and helps the guild all day, every day.
WHAT ongty SAYS: Devoted and kind, these people are worthy of praise. They
are the ones who make guilds successful.
THE COURT JESTER
Laughable, funny and cheerful, this person cheers up the guild with funny messages
and jokes.
WHAT ongty SAYS: Why not? I'm one myself!
DEVOTED
Devoted to the guild, but doesn't help out in guild matters much. Just drops
by everyday to see how everyone's doing.
WHAT ongty SAYS: As long as you're active in a guild, this is just fine.
HELPLESS
Needs help all the time, and pleads for it in the guild.
WHAT ongty SAYS: This is fine, good guilds will have people that are willing
to help you, but don't do it too often or you'll upset your fellow guild-mates.
These are just some of the types appearing in your guild. There are probably
some people who thoroughly hate guilds, but I won't come to that. Just keep
in mind, "You will be happier in a good guild".
Also, try to join a guild with 50 to 100 members. Smaller guilds are unsuccessful,
and those that are too large don't provide personal attention.
