Tamora and Devin were frantic. There was no getting free of the net! Every
time they moved, it got tighter and tighter. When they realised that movement
caused it to tighten, they held still. They watched helplessly as the Dark Faerie
helped Dr. Sloth to his feet.
“What should we do with the brats?” asked the Dark Faerie.
“Take them to… the torture chamber!” answered Dr. Sloth, “No one makes a fool
of me and lives!”
Suddenly, a bright ball of light appeared in between the Dark Faerie, Dr.
Sloth, and the two Shoyrus. It grew bigger, until it was about 5 feet in diameter.
Then a foot appeared from the ball, then a hand, then the rest of the Light
Faerie. The Water Faerie, the Air Faerie, Space Faerie, and all the other faeries
followed her, including the Faerie Queen! Devin and Tamora gave a sigh of relief.
Dr. Sloth and the Dark Faerie couldn't hurt them now that good faeries were
here!
“Oh you poor dears,” cried the Water Faerie when she saw them huddled under
the net, “I’ll have you out in a second!”
Then the net flew magically in the air, and settled its self on top of Dr.
Sloth and the Dark Faerie. The Dark Faerie snapped her fingers and the net disappeared.
“Fools,” she snapped, “you can't use my own magic against me! Guards!”
Hundreds of the evil creatures came to grab at the faeries, Tamora and Devin.
Devin and Tamora flew in the air, along with the Faerie Queen, Air Faerie and
Space Faerie, and they evaded attack. But the others were not so lucky. They
were grabbed by two or three of Sloth’s and the Dark Faerie’s army.
“Lock them away, lock them away!” Cried Dr. Sloth.
Tamora's eye’s blazed with anger. She radiated with rage. Then before any
one could stop her, she flew at Dr. Sloth and the Dark Faerie, and knocked them
over. Then she hissed at them, “Don't you dare touch my friends! You are nothing
but lazy bullies. Instead of doing your own work, you get slaves to do it. Well
I won’t stand for it! You are too powerful too destroy, so I am going to banish
your to your own cells!”
A powerful ray emerged from her hands, and blasted into all the cells. They
all opened, and NeoPets came running out. Then she aimed the ray at Dr. Sloth
and the Dark Faerie. They were lifted up, and were flying toward their cells,
when the Dark Faerie aimed her own dark ray at Tamora, and shot. The blast hit
her full force in her stomach. She went flying, and slammed into a wall. Then
Devin finished the job for her. With out so much as letting them drop an inch,
he sent them hurtling into two cells. Then he ran to her, an anxious look on
his face.
“Are you OK?” he asked urgently.
But there was no reply. Tamora was out cold. When the evil creatures/guards
saw their leaders were out of commission, they began to retreat. Running to
various portals, that they made with their own magic, they threw them selves
in them, and went back to were they came from.
When the Water Faerie was free, she came running to Tamora and Devin.
“Is she going to be OK?” Devin sobbed.
“She’ll be fine,” the Water Faerie said, “Give me a second…”
The Water Faerie’s power went through Tamora, and suddenly Tamora sat up.
“Oh I hurt all over,” was all she managed to say before she was bowled over
from a by hug from Devin.
“I thought you were destroyed!” He exclaimed, “Don't ever do that again!”
Tamora gave him a weak smile and said, “I’ll try not to, but what can we do
about the Dark Faerie, and Dr. Sloth?”
Everyone turned to stare at were their cells were. No one was in them.
“Oh drat," said the Light Faerie “they got away.”
“Well, we still won’t hear from them for a while, thanks to Tamora and Devin,”
announced the Faerie Queen, “they didn't need our help after all!”
“But how did you find us?” Devin asked.
“We have our ways,” the Air Faerie told him, “come on, let's get out of this
place!”
They all raced to the exit of Dr. Sloth and the Dark Faeries evil fortress.
“I think every thing is going to be OK,” thought Tamora.
“Me too,” replied Devin, “Me too.”
And Tamora and Devin emerged, from the awful place holding hands.
The End
Epilogue: Now you might have guessed, Tamora and Devin got married in a
few years. And of course after finding their parents friends and family in those
who had been prisoners of Dr. Sloth. Another thing is, they had a little girl
named Noey. There might be more about her later. |
