I read an article today in Neopian Times, and it mentioned that a shopkeeper
should say thank you to their customers. It made me think how Neopians thought
about this. So I asked a few people about this topic.
Here are the questions I asked these fellow Neopians:
1. Do you give a thank you note to people who buy from your shop?
2. And do you like receiving thank you notes from the shops you shop at?
I asked some folks and here are their responses.
Scochios123456789 answered the first question by saying that she sends a thank
you card out to most of her customers, but sometimes she doesn't have the time
to send one. And for the second question she said that she loves to receive
Neomail. So Scochios gave a positive response to the topic.
Frostichic also answered me back by answering the first question with a no,
because it doesn't show her who buys from her shop since she has a cheap shop.
And to the second question she answered that she would like some thank you responses.
So here is a person that wants thank you notes, plus she has a cheap shop. Fellow
Neopians, cheap shop. Ohlala.
The last person that I shall be mentioning is Gugu41. Now he doesn't send out
thank you notes to his customers, but if you shop at his shop for now on you
might get once, because he thought it was a good idea. Now I like this response,
and I will tell you all to heed this as well. A very good tip coming from Gugu41
for us shopkeepers. He says that it doesn't really matter if he gets a thank
you note, but it makes him feel good and he will go back to that shop that I
went to if he receives a thank you note.
Well people do like kindness. I must admit that I have stopped with the thank
you notes. I used to do it, but I did not feel like people really cared if I
did this or not. I know better now, as do the rest of my fellow Neopians.
If you would like to send me your opinions on this subject then please Neomail
me. I would love all of your responses. And who knows, maybe I will write another
article on this topic. |
