I remember that first day
of sheer delight and absolute affection,
pouring from out of you,
and I knew my days of worry
would cease to exist.
You told me you would protect me
from the Dark Faeries and all evil monsters.
You told me that no cave would go explored alone,
no new world would be traveled
without you by my side.
My belief in you heightened
and trust binded infinitely.
One day, you decided
to bring along a new companion,
another noble friend.
Timid and uncertain,
I warily accepted the new stranger to our home.
I watched as the days marched on,
my new experiences with you diminishing.
You tell me that you will make time for me,
your promises less convincing than the last.
My fears suddenly captured me.
Would you decide to let me go?
My talents not needed anymore?
Crystal tears rolled down my face
and I knew my fate was to be determined.
That day of tragedy and betrayal finally came to be.
You told me there were better homes
out there for me.
My time here was completed
and I was brought to a home
of numerous, rejected Neopets.
My eyes pleaded forgiveness
and promises of new beginnings.
It was too late, though.
The room darkened and so did my heart.
I slept in hope that a new master
would give me a chance to live.

in the mysterious frozen land
with bulging mounds of snow
I run for fear and shrouded in tears
I tear a path leading the other way
The cold beats down on my striped coat
like icy spines spearing down from the heavens
and chill flows into my being
I close my eyes and see
the river of gold and jewels that I seek
to complete my journey
and why I search, hunting for the Faerie
who promises gifts for my toil
I turn back and face my fear
and charge with a small rush of hope and courage
when suddenly the serpent wakes
and through a stream of icy daggers
I wade though dreams that are hard to shake
and so I escape with my life

she trudges wearily through scathing desert sands,
thinking back to visions of a better life.
an owner once thought to be true,
provokes in her feelings most blue.
he abandoned her, the tyrant,
to the mercy and caprices of the sun.
her mind in a purple haze,
her vision blinded in a golden blaze,
what doth she see, there on the blazing dune?
why, it's her former master, repenting his actions!
she rushes to the mountain of sand,
the smile on her owner's face most bland.
oh, the joy! oh, the relief!
she springs into his arms,
no longer minding the heat or the sunburns.
my, what's this?
she lands in empty air,
realizing he was never really there.
her eyes dim in consternation,
knowing it really was to good to be true.
her misery, coupled with the boiling sun,
is enough to bring her down, the little one.
like the seasons that revolve around,
the aisha's soul completed it's life cycle.

I charge once more,
No fear in my heart.
The Usul screams,
Terrified of what she sees.
Each step brings me closer to victory.
One final snap,
Of my dagger rimmed jaw,
Brings the Usul down.
The audience roars with noise.
Then silence...
As they wait for the owner to come out.
To congratulate them
on this extraordinary fight.
But nobody comes...
I leave out the entrance.
Leaving them confused and puzzeled.
Here I go again,
On my own.
Like a storm I was born,
To walk alone.

I walk along the woods
with a million painful thoughts
My mind full of sorrow.
I get teased a lot,
because I am a Shoyru,
And I am always feeling depressed and angry
I always walk in the woods by myself
when my heart and soul feel this way,
Sometimes I wish I could be
in a place full of nice pets
But I guess I was wrong
Some are nice and some are bad
That's just the way the world is
I ache and pain when I have this feeling
of dreaded loneliness,
But now I don't feel this way anymore
Beacause I have a loving owner
who always takes care of me
I love him and cherish him deeply
His hug and his kiss I long for
more than anything in the whole wide world
He rewards me with presents
And he treats me with kindness
and is never ever mean to me
Beacause I know he loves me
with all his heart and soul
He is the kindest pet owner in all of Neopia
Now I do not cry anymore
Because I have learned
to live and tolerate mean pets
Now I am the happiest pet in the world
All thanks to my loving and patient owner
Now my days of sorrow and hardship are over
