Winter Petpets and the Day of Giving

Blizzards raged and frost had come,
The land awash with white.
The day of giving had arrived,
Along with snow, that night!

Within the winter Petpet store,
There was a merry song.
A Snowickle now pranced around,
A Wreathy hummed along!

A Candychan, so very small,
Had cooked for such a time!
Puddings, cakes, such tasty treats!
A meal that was sublime.

A jolly Fir had worked all night
To decorate the tree,
Widening his eyes, he cried,
"Why, it looks just like me!"

The Felf had found some candy canes,
A sweet delight, so fun!
Alas, a Snuffly wandered in,
And gobbled the last one!

"The Day of Giving, a success!"
The Petpets cried with cheer.
So pop on in, the seasons come,
The best day of the year!

Blithesome greetings fill the air,
And gestures soaked in merriment,
Countless, they adorn the land.

Hear the tinkling laughter ring,
Don't resist the urge to sing
Resounding songs of seasonal bliss,
Or dance around decorated trees,
Hug the snowman, if you please,
Just bask in joy, for on this day
"To give is better than to receive"!

Beside the soothing flames we wait,
A longing that does not abate,

The thread of happiness wisely spun,
