Make Way, Easter Arriveth!
By Raging_fiery_aries

Sweet flowers clearing away the snow,
The Neopets dance in sunny fields.
Neohomes colourful and lively,
What is it that this season yields?

Trees are alive again
After resting so long in the cold.
Nature shows its beauty to us,
As the fun and brightness unfolds.

Winter draws to a close
As the burst of spring takes the reins.
Easter is the time for celebration,
It's time for chocolates;
Toss out those candy canes!

Ah, but it is certain
That Easter is close at hand!
For why else would the Easter Cybunny
Give Neggs to all creatures on this land?

Neggs, chocolate, Cybunnies and spring!
The aspects of Easter's joy!
Children rolling in the spring flowers,
Chocolate Neggs for every Neopian girl and boy.

The celebration begins!

Isca and Caylis
By Frodo_lover156

So alike,
Yet so unlike,
Sisters beneath the sea.
Yet their twisted paths of fate
Weave into one harmony.

Isca fair,
Shells in her hair,
Kindly, good, and wise.
But the sadness of her dreams
Is betrayed by her eyes.

Caylis black,
Within a lack
Of all that's good and bright.
She lingers in the darkness,
Exiled in the night.

Garbed in hues
Of greens and blues,
Isca dances all alone.
Hoping that someone will come
And rebuild her home.

In shadows deep
Caylis sleeps,
Nightmarish tears begin to fall.
But a tear from the eye of Caylis
Could be the end of us all.

Sisters two,
What must they do?
Fate still holds the key.
And they dream their fortelling dreams
Underneath the sea.

Deep inside
A secret hides,
It lies behind a hidden door.
Will Maraqua, proud Maraqua
Rise from the ocean's floor?

So alike,
Yet so unlike,
Sisters beneath the sea.
Yet their twisted paths of fate
Weave into one harmony.

King's Wrath
By Angelofplottwists

In a floating keep so far from here,
A great lord wise and held so dear
Ruled a land which held a prize
Of which a kingly Skeith would hear.

But turn the key to their demise,
Once relic fair had left their eyes
The land did fade, no more the glade,
But in Meridell the crops did rise.

The workers left, no longer paid,
No more were crafted goods there made.
In Meridell the city grew
As many others came to trade.

The great king Darigan now knew
That his great land at last was through,
And turned his glare to city fair
In Meridell where flowers grew.

Great was his rage, long did he wear
The floors down, paced, 'til they were bare,
And in him an idea sprung
To capture him the land still fair.

In Meridell where bells had rung
To celebrate, and songs were sung,
One must remember all this here
Was stolen from a land less young.

The Pant Devil Stole My Socks
By Earthangelly9

At first it was my lollipops,
Then two packs of Neodrops,
An apple sweetie, some caramel creams,
And then my precious sweet baked beans.
Twelve root beer barrels, my coconut ice;
He stole my candy necklace twice,
And though I always check my locks,
The Pant Devil even stole my socks!

He stole my Techo plushie next,
Then my JubJub Know How text,
An evil Fuzzle, a bouncy ball,
But why my water faerie doll?!?
And just when I thought he was done,
He stole my shiny rainbow gun.
I miss my snow Bruce music box,
But most of all, I miss my socks.

So listen close, my Neofriends,
Pant Devil's mischief never ends.
He'll steal your Neo Baseball Cap,
He'll steal your piece of treasure map,
He'll snatch your painted Puppyblew,
Or abscond with your BabyBlu,
And if they're not safe in your box,
The Pant Devil may just steal your socks!

Caylis the Forgotten
By Judomo

In the dark depths of time, alone and afraid,
Cast out by the master with shame,
Her heart has turned hard, her faith put in tears,
Destined to wallow in pain.

"Was it not enough to hide for so long,
Must I still in punishment lay?
Have I done deeds awful, so hideously wrong,
That still I am forced to pay?

"The bright little one entertains and enjoys,
Having fun for the rest of her life,
While her own flesh and blood,
Cast down to the depths,
Will live forever in strife.

"Must I lay here alone, in sorrow dwell,
There must must be some way to win;
To overcome 'death,' come back into life,
And with loved ones once again swim."

She plots and she schemes,
Through day and through night,
She yearns to earn back her place,
But she knows now that kindness and love
Are not the only ways.
