I Love Slugawoos!
By Grabeelin
As I lay at night,
Smitten by the weary plight,
And yearning for my own bugaboo,
I noticed a squirm,
And I looked to confirm:
The culprit was a sweet Slugawoo.
It lazily slugged,
Not at all bugged
By its slow and slimy pace.
It moved up my arm,
With a certain charm;
Some might even call it grace.
I watched it slime,
Up my arm it did climb,
And yet, I did not seem to care.
Its dull eyes swayed,
Those eyes of jade,
That carried a surprising flare.
Keep your Slorgs,
Keep your Snomorgs,
Keep your fluttering Faellies.
There is nothing better,
And nothing wetter.
I want a Slugawoo please!

Treasure Hunter for Hire
By Schefflera
Quick to duck and quick to dodge,
And quick to run or crawl,
I'm the one you're wanting
If your back's against the wall!
Tricks and traps and myst'ry maps
And boulders set to fall,
When it's treasure that you want,
It's Hannah that you call.
Fight or flee or run or delve,
Adventure's never old;
A fathom deep or ten or twelve,
Away down in the cold,
I'll dive and creep where caves are sleeping
'Round the wealth they hold,
And never doubt what I'm about --
I always get the gold!
So down a mine for gems so fine
Or ancient tombs, for thee
I'll make my way, and safe you stay,
If you just pay my fee.
I'll take the gold and take the gems
Through puzzle-traps with glee,
And clever though they may well be
They never do trap me!

Slugawoo in Maraqua
By Really_awesome_d00d
The Slugawoo swims.
Why and where does he swim?
He journeys forward.
Down and down he goes,
Into the depths of the sea,
Where he finds comfort.
In a lost city,
He glides so effortlessly.
The darkness calls out.
Does he venture in?
He retreats from the iciness.
It calls out to him.
From it he stays back.
The lost, the gone, forgotten,
They see him and call.
He is so frightened.
This place has no warmth.
Up, up, up he goes!
He basks in sunlight,
The city is frightening.
He will not go back.

The Creaking Wind
By Laurelinden
Beneath a sullen
Sickle moon;
Beneath the flitting
Flaps of 'bats;
Wind traces hollow oaks,
And rotted leaves --
Through a forest
Rumored haunted.
Claws in its wake
Grasp at black branches,
Chittering, chattering;
Invisible fingers
Pull at papery leaves,
Groaning, moaning.
It blows littered piles
Across unswept earth
Of a fairground
Long deserted—
And no one but
Glittery-eyed 'bats
Hear its creaking calls.

Maraqua
By Purplemagic150
In the murky depths there is something,
Something we can't see;
That something is hiding,
Hiding from you and me.
Venture down to Maraqua,
Venture down if you dare,
Dare you find the something,
The something hiding down there?
Why did this something come?
Why did it come here?
Here where there is nothing,
Nothing but fear?
This poem is a warning,
A warning to all who dare,
Stay away from Maraqua,
And the something hiding down there.
