You find solace in their disdain,
Reaping their crop faster than your wings cry,
Giving all Neopians a jaundiced eye,

Your swiftness, decisiveness,
Measured only in dream,
Whilst back on Neopia, you continue to gleam,
A more successful beast,
You will have never perceived,
There are innumerable feats
This Neopet's achieved,

While some study and ponder
This amazing Neopet,
Others adopt them, which they never regret.

Ode to Sergeant Brexis

Look there! In the sky!
Flying way up high!
Wearing bright spandex,
who is that I spy?

He comes to save the day
in his usual way.
He'll fend off all evil,
HIP HIP HOORAY!

Brexis, he is called,
But don't be appalled!
He's a Sergeant by profession,
and he'll protect your possessions.

His courage is unmatched!
He'll take out baddies by the batch!
He's strong, and he's wise,
and his fashion sense? Natch!

He started out as a zero,
he never got any cheers, no,
but Judge Hog came along,
and turned him into a hero!

He's second in command,
Judge Hog's right hand.
When others are in trouble,
he'll always take a stand.

"He's as smart as he is strong!"
And you know Judge Hog's never wrong,
"For missions of peril,
it's him I bring along!"

He patrols from the skies,
and with the sharpest of eyes,
he can spot far-off danger,
and scheming bad guys.

There is no enemy too tough,
no foe strong enough
to defeat our hero;
they just don't have the right stuff!

So let's all form a nexus
for the one who protects us;
everyone give three cheers
for the one and only...
SERGEANT BREXIS!

The Jelly Processing Plant Buzz Foreman

A race against time to sort jellies sublime,
Each one to its own proper vat.
And working so hard in this factory yard,
The foreman! A Buzz in a hat.

Red goes to red, and he keeps a cool head
As yellow drops onto the belt;
Blue goes to blue, and the count remains true,
With little anxiety felt.

But wait! What is this? Can machinery miss?
How strange it is that it should err
By making ice cream! Oh, it surely does seem
That this sort of thing should be rare.

But like it or not, what comes out of the pot
May sometimes instead be a cone.
The Buzz is prepared and will take proper care
With nary a moan or a groan.

The belt has its end at a roller and bend,
And a Skeith lies and snores down below.
A dessert that is made
That does not meet the grade,
Why, into his mouth it will go!

He eats in his sleep what the Buzz doesn't keep,
Just smacking his lips at the taste.
Although stunning fumes may erupt in the room,
At least errors don't go to waste.

So if you like jelly to put in your belly,
Then thank him for all that he does.
He's smart and he's agile, and surely not fragile --
The Factory Foreman, the Buzz!

Faerie Buzz

Body of purple with orange tints,
White faerie wings with fluorescent glints,
The faerie Buzz is a beautiful sight,
Flying through day and into the night.

It soars above clouds in the bright blue sky,
Jaw down in an amazed, wondering sigh.
Its tail swishes 'round as it lands softly down,
Ever so quiet, not making a sound.

Curly black antennae curve in a swirl,
As the faerie Buzz dives in a graceful whirl.
Amazed Neopets watch from the ground below
At the Buzz in the clouds flying to and fro.

But when over the clouds
The moon starts to peep,
The faerie Buzz nods off to sleep.
After a day of fun and great jest
Comes a time of calmness and rest.
