The day is here.
New challenges wait,
But you will triumph!

Haven't you defeated every villain,
Every mastermind who challenged you?
Haven't you always been victorious?
Have you ever lost your nerve?

When Sloth attacked,
With his mutants and aliens,
You sent him away,
Beaten swiftly and soundly.

When Malkus Vile,
With his Meerca goonies,
Stole Coltzan's crown,
You rallied to reclaim it.

When Lord Darigan,
With his evil minions,
Threatened Meridell's safety,
You demolished his forces.

When Lord Kass,
With his black armies,
Nearly destroyed Meridell's hope,
You eliminated him and his followers.

You led the battles,
You saved the villagers;
You brought back hope,
You brought back pride.

With your hearts brave and true,
With your justice and hope,
You challenged all evil,
You stared them all down.

You took a stand,
And evil was vanquished.
You will live on forever,
So rise up, Neopia!

Illusen's Quest

The broken twigs and rustling leaves,
The coolness of a pleasant breeze,
The gentle thud of your two feet,
Finding their way through the trees.
The hushed whispers make you wary,
Talking of Illusen the faerie;
The item in your pocket weighs you down,
You have no time to fool around.
Moving on, your pace is quick,
Surely speed will do the trick.
Time ticks, not far now.
You cannot let Illusen down,
The glade is near, now in sight,
For you can see a golden light.
The flutter of wings, the smiling face--
Now there is no need for haste.
You did it all,
You're here at last,
But now you're on the second task.

These Things I Love

I love the fun splendors of Neopia,
And giving ingredients to the faerie Taelia.

I love saving for a pink paint brush,
And playing Extreme Potato Counter's rush:
A blessing of a faerie,
And a Brightvale berry.

I love a Battledome match,
How scratchcards scratch,
Reading the Neopian Times,
And being in a guild with my own kind.

I love adding to my Neohome,
To explore and to roam;
Playing Meerca Chase,
And looking for Neopoints to make.

I love a frightening Grarrl's roar,
But I love Lennies just a little more.

An ode to all my favorite Neopian things.

Paint Brush Perplexity

Oh, my! Look what I've found!
A lonely little paint brush on the ground!
It's perfectly alone, with no one around,
This cute little paint brush that I've found.

Well, what do you know? It's Halloween!
A spooky little paint brush, that's what I mean.
And what evils it holds remain unseen,
My paint brush is a Halloween!

Look at my Neopets bounce and shout,
Wiggling and giggling all about.
They want to be painted, so I hear them out:
"Paint me! Paint me!" they all shout.

Now whom should I paint, what should I do?
All my Neopets want me to!
But the Halloween paint brush is looking blue,
Oh what in Neopia could I do?

Suddenly I think about all the Neopets
Who don't have good owners at all, I bet,
Who would do anything for a ball or Usuki set,
And this revelation made me fret.

We went to the Rainbow Pool,
All my Neopets, see,
Were all gazing strangely at me.
I stared at my little paint brush, sad and lonely,
And gave it to the Money Tree.
