I heard others speak of the lure of the tomb
Of how they were drawn to it night and day
Curiosity led me, and the Tomb's power kept me
Woe unto that day I entered in!

I leaned my head in, and there it all was
The gleam of ancient gold glowed in my eyes
The musty smell of an ancient trap
Filled my nostrils
And the music... oh, the music!
Like a Siren's song
From which I cannot escape
The sound holds me transfixed,
Swaying to the drums.

I work the puzzle again and again
The shapes move, fall, disappear
Yet complete victory eludes me still
How I've tried to walk away,
Tried to forget
But when I close my eyes
I see a majestic Geb, a glinting jewel
I seem them all unbidden before me
Taunting me all the day long.

I suppose if I were strong...
If I were to truly fight it
I might find the power to escape
But something in me compels me to stay...
I have become a willing captive.
And so I make my bed
Among the bricks of clay
And I rise with the desert sun.
Thus it is.
Thus shall it remain.

However, you should say "Hey buddy,

Your patron's at Wheel of Misfortune
And the wheel takes a spin for the worse
You say "Well, I'd say that's lucky...
You could have gone home in a hearse."

Your customer's weak and unlucky
"Don't play Test of Strength! You won't win!"
When Arnold tells them they are useless
You can offer them an "I Lost!" pin.

Your stooge is afraid of clown Chias
But they want in on a scary ride
When done with Carnival of Terror
Say, "Whoops! Guess there's no way outside!"

Once a Pteri happily sung,
After some pottery he'd flung,
The strangely glazed bowl,
Didn't break, but did roll,

Spyder Juice Elixir

When I looked into the face of my Neopet,
She looked sick so I took her to the vet.
The green Gelert doctor said to her,
"You need some Spyder juice elixir!"

I walked to the Shop Wizard quickly,
She slowly followed me.
She wished she hadn't gotten that Spyder bite.
And now of Spyders she has a terrible fright.

As we got near the Shop Wizard's hut,
I marched in and followed my gut.
I said, "Please check the icy mountain of terror!
I need to find Spyder juice elixir with no error!"

He found a store by Happy Valley,
We hurried there with no dilly-dally.
We walked in to that icy store,
The shopkeeper told us that there was no more.

We sat down outside, discouraged and sad.
Depressed, unaccomplished and mad.
My Neopet felt worse than ever.
Yes, she felt quite under the weather.

But then, out popped a new event,
"An item has been sent."
We rushed to our inventory
To see what occurred,
And saw that a Neofriend
Had sent Spyder juice elixir!
